Drivers must scale in empty and scale out loaded and agree to their weights before the BOL is printed

Once the BOL is printed, the load is the responsibility of the carrier. If the driver is not comfortable with the weight then the brewery will rework the load, but NOT AFTER THE BOL IS PRINTED

There will be a 500$ charge is the driver wants to return the load - but it's a last resort option
The load cannot be picked up anymore once it's returned.

It the load is shifted, the driver can find a re-work facility to fix it, we will need photos before and after a re-work

If this issue is just regarding the weight, please try to slide tandems or to slide the 5th wheel and any other means of redistributing the weight.

3rd day driving a truck. 1st time here. Got here at 6:50am wed . Checked in at scale/ gate. Proceeded directly to dock. Began loading in 15min. Very helpful people (guard and trailer mover guy). There was NO wait. Follow the instructions before getting there (tandems back, vest, open doors) and while there docking (they text you). Would do this everyday 💯.

I recommend that all drivers bypass this place, I was loaded without air cushions between the pallets and upon delivery they did not accept my cargo because the cargo moved! when they were loading, they overloaded the Axel drive and had to wait 4 hours to get it fixed, I arrived for loading at 11 a.m. due to a long line, I checked in at 2:00 a.m. and they let me out at 7 p.m.

We have been standing here for more than 14 hours and cannot leave. There is a queue at the scales to leave. there was an advantage, you need to go for the second round. The system doesn't work at all. button on the scales feedback, no one answers. Do whatever you want, you’ve moved in, but you won’t be able to throw away their cargo and leave the territory. So decide whether to carry their cargo or not.

Stay away from this place. Was inside after 3 hours and got a dock. After another hour they told me to get a wash out even my trailer was swept out. So I got a wash out and went back. Now I'm back in line for check in again. Waiting now for another 3 hours. So far I'm here for 7 hours and counting. They are not using any airbags. Pray that it will be good at your destination
Arrived at 2pm and left facility at 1:30 am

This place gets ZERO star(s). The employees are so rude and have no courtesy for drivers. If you run out of hours on the Anheuser Busch grounds, this place will still kick you off the premises. I ran outta hours and continued working until the weight was balanced. They don't like doing rework on loads and will argue with drivers that they have to accept load as is. I am out of time on the 14-hour DOT and crawling tractor because I have to be off the AB yard. Anheuser Busch - without truck drivers, you wouldn't be meeting your quota(s).

Slow unloading but I got in a good nap. Arrived 11pm. Was told to come back at 1am. After the 2nd long check in I docked around 130am and left around 715am.
