Warranty Service for my Frigidaire refrigerator . My tech "Dalan" was very thorough . He actually fixed it instead of throwing parts at it . He showed up on time as promised, and let me know he was on his way before he showed up. I was very impressed .

Left multiple messages over the course of a month. They forgot about metwice and then didn’t want to work with me when I simply stated I wa frustrated from the lack of communication. And it took a month of time for this to happen. JR sounds like he’s well intended, but either he’s too overworked or simply lacks attention to detail. Either way any other repair shop in flg would be better. There is no excuse for this poor of customer service

Tech Dalan came to our residence- very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions while diagnosing our machine and very forthcoming with part replacement and service information. Will absolutely use their services again if necessary

Highly recommend this appliance service company! I had an issue with a Thermador induction stovetop and there aren't a lot of servicers in Northern AZ. Glad to find this company. Scheduling online was easy and communication with scheduler (Amy) was awesome. Technician Dalan was very prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous! He even went the extra mile and took the time to really explain the issue and recommended solution. Was impressed with this company and would use them again!

They fixed several issues we had which resulted from poor initial installation from another company. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful, from initial scheduling, the technician, and the owner when we had a warranty issue. This is a solid company.

I have worked with this company multiple times on warranty fixes for a small appliance I have at my house. The first time few years ago was was awesome. This last time there was a communication problem between Appliances Service Today and the Newleaf warranty company. I am sure it was Newleaf that was the cause, but when I called Appliances Se.rvice Today to get help with getting the correct part ordered, I received some very poor customer support. I was interrupted several times and when I asked to be allowed to speak, JR took the phone from the woman I was speaking with proceeded to dress me down. He eventually started cussing at me.
JR also said he would no longer work on my unit. Which is fine by me, as I did not cuss at him, he escalated an already stressful situation. Do not do business with company.

I have been looking for a pinch clamp for a hose on my appliance all over the place - slightly weird size. A few places in Flagstaff suggested I check with AST. They were very friendly and super helpful; recognizing the problem, giving advice and even grabbing a pack of hose parts and opening it up and giving me one to test out, with an offer to look for others if it didn't work.
