Our company has been buying springs from Argo since 2014 and we don't ever have any trouble with them. Mike is extremely friendly and always communicates with us about our orders. We send the PO in and we don't have to worry about a thing so for us that's a great vendor to have. 🙂

They had my project part for 9 months. They failed to communicate about the status, were non-responsive to emails and phone calls. The people who answer the phone are rude.

They held my one sample part hostage. I finally did get my sample back, after calling and emailing them daily for a few weeks straight.

Never in my life have I had such a massively horrible experience with a company. This company will go down in my long history of dealing with vendors and manufacturers as the biggest fail ever.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS, THEY RUN YOU AROUND FOR A MONTH AND NEVER DELIVERS, I EVEN PAID $100 EXTRA AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS TO GET MY ORDER AFTER GETTING THE WRONG ORDER IM STILL GETTING A RUN AROUND. THIS PLACE SHOULD GO BANKRUPT. I HAVE LONG A $9,000.00 ORDER BECUASE OF A SPECIAL EXTENSION SPRING I NEEDED AND NEVER GOT WHAT I NEEDED. UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY, STAY AWAY!!!!
