Summary: We purchased an Arising 6x12 Tandem Axle trailer from Hwy 61 Trailer, only to discover defective welds on the frame that pose serious safety risks. Arising refuses to address the issue, voiding our warranty simply because we added shelves. It appears that Arising does not allow any modifications and reserves the right to void warranties for seemingly arbitrary reasons.

Detailed Review:

After purchasing a 6x12 Tandem Axle trailer from Arising, we discovered multiple broken welds on the frame. Three separate professionals inspected the trailer and confirmed the defects, warning us that the broken welds could lead to a major failure, even causing the tongue of the trailer to break away completely.

We immediately contacted Arising, expecting the defect to be covered under their 5-year structural warranty. Days passed without resolution, leaving our trailer unusable. By the fifth day, with no action from Arising, we hired a fabricator for temporary repairs to prevent further risk while waiting for Arising’s approval for the necessary structural fixes.

Instead of approving repairs, Arising voided our warranty, citing “alterations” due to the addition of shelving and a toolbox. However, when a friend called Arising’s customer service and asked if shelving and toolboxes were permissible additions, they replied, “Absolutely, why wouldn’t we?”

Photos of the interior setup are attached to show that our modifications were minimal and reasonable.

In short, Arising’s response to these critical defects and their arbitrary stance on warranty voiding raise serious concerns about the company’s commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.

I have been an Arising Industries dealer for over 10 yrs. They manufacture one of the best enclosed trailers on the market. I have never had an issue they did not stand behind, the company 100% supports the dealer and customer. Them team members at Arising are professional and quick to respond. If you buy an Arising Enclosed Trailer you will be happy with your choice.

They dont stand behind their products. My trailer basically fell apart on the highway, not even 1 year after purchase, and they refused to do anything about it.
I will never buy a trailer from this company again and will be sure to let everyone on the planet know how trashy their products are.
