Jesus from legal regards is very rude and not helpful at all considering we are tax paying citizens and our taxes pay your salaries you should be fired or moved downstairs to the mail room after speaking with his manager. The manager informed me that I could go online and get the information instead of Jesus being rude and telling me I had to pay $.50 per copy, and I had to go in person when there was a whole another solution and he could’ve gone that route instead he went the route he went and was very rude about it

While at the Superior Court building in Tucson, I walked through the metal detector and it went off. Nobody said anything to me and I was told to grab my stuff. Once I started the walk away the guard with the wand was very rude in telling me to wait and go put my stuff back. He then proceeded to say that I couldn’t just walk off because the detector beeped. I understand the protocol but this should have been addressed once I walked through the scanner. Not after I was told to pick up my belongings and proceed. Staff appears lazy in the posture and lack professionalism for a government building.

these boneheads mistakenly reported my designated driving misdemeanor charge to the dmv as a felony! my license was then unjustly suspended. I had to write the court and have them correct it which they also communicated to the dmv. even then, the dmv messed things up and the license was categorized as cancelled, but that's another story (I'm just so glad i wasn't driving to have to find that out). It's not my job to keep having to correct the courts. I'm not the department of corrections!

The clerks, recorder and library staff all need to be on the same page...especially the clerks. I saw several people who were frustrated, including me because we all get different information from one person to the next. They act like we have no lives and don't pay anything to get these copied/filed/drive here/park/etc. We take time off work and have to wait for hrs...this last time, I waited 3 hrs (which seemed common compared to what others were saying). It's ridiculous. You guys need to be trained by the same person or be on the same page. Stop having one person say to fill out 1 packet, yet the other person says it's wrong or it cant be filed or something else needs to be done...

I am have been very impressed with the Pima County Probate Clerk's staff. I have been in on a number of very complex (to me, at least) matters and have found every single person with whom i've spoken, on the phone and in person, patient, very knowledgeable, helpful above and beyond what anyone might reasonably expect. Obviously, folks are brought to this counter at difficult times. The professionalism, kindness and courtesy I have personally consistently witnessed helps families, lawyers and the Court get things done in a correct, prompt and efficient manner. Pima County is fortunate to have the great leadership and staff in our Probate Clerk's office!

Judge Helena Seymour is the absolute worst. I can't figure out why she is a judge but don't know how to use her mind to make decisions. Even when she sees the other party is completely wrong and unreasonable all they have to do is throw a fit and she changes her decision to fit them. If you are going through a divorce and she is your judge you would be better off staying married. My friend has been trying to divorce about 3yrs now and she keep allowing the other party to drag it on because she refuses to run her courtroom she allows the disgruntled person that doesn't want the divorce to run her court. If You need a judge to make a unbiased decision on your case. Going by facts and proof alone DONT GET HER AS A JUDGE! Can't believe she passed the bar

I am currently going through a custody hearing right and and the clerks who answer the phone are really rude and absolutely hate to help you I hate coming to this place or calling and nobody is on the same page either so if something wasn't filed on my end correctly I have them to thank for the run around with no results.
