Less then 1.star. they just turned my water off. They didn't care that there all ALL kinds of reasons to need water and especially HOT water. All the utility companies in Arizona are horrific. Do they treat EVERYONE with such a Condescending, don't give a crap about you, attitude. They don't even give a warning so you can make a situation right before they leave you with no water. Just terrible. Arizona and the utility companies in Benson, as well, are disgraceful.

The girls here at the Water Company have always been nothing short of amazing. They're quick to help, always pleasant, and have never given me the run around. The water co.'s rates are astonishingly low in comparison to other City Run water services in other places.

Newly arrived in Bisbee to our new home, the knob broke off in our bathtub, and was pouring water. We could not figure out how to turn off the water at the shut off so called the Az water co. the msg.directed me to call the toll free# and the person got in touch right away with the local man, he came right away, turned off the water, and was very pleasant for someone who had to get up at 2am to help us out. So have to give them some stars for just that.

ONE STAR is too much. They don't care about their customers and have little regard to customer service. If I had a choice I would choose ANY OTHER COMPANY! They should be sued
