Rodney, our maintenance guy, and Crystal, our property manager, have been amazing to work with at Artena. Rodney is always very prompt, kind, knowledgeable and professional. If there is anything that we need taken care of in the apartment, he is on it right away and it’s completed in an amazingly quick time frame. He knows the entire building like the back of his hand. Crystal is always very attentive and professional. They make a dynamic team. My husband and I have been very appreciative and pleased with our experience at Artena.

Crystal was so so sweet. She made my moving process so easy and so fast she asked for the right documents. She was very communicative and very understanding and I appreciate her for that. I will recommend this place 10 more times if I could.

My partner and I have lived here for over three years. In that time the only complaint I have, are that the walls are paper thin. Other than that, Rodney (maintenance), and Crystal (front desk) are the friendliest and most hard-working employees I have seen in a rental environment. Crystal is responsive, respectful, and extremely kind. She has helped us navigate through many systematic hiccups in a very timely manor. She is also the kind of person who remembers all of the tenants, and the tenants will go out of there way to say, "Hi." Or even have a quick chat about the weekend. Rodney is the most hard-working maintenance person I have ever seen and will probably ever see again. He not only cleans, but he actually upkeeps the entire building. From plumbing to electrical, this guy does it all. This two person crew takes care of the whole building and it's impressive. We're moving out to a bigger space, but if we ever have to rent a 2 bedroom again or if a friend needs to find a place to rent, Artena Manassas will be my first recommendation. Thank you Crystal and Rodney for making our stay the best we've had.

I just want take take a minute to give Rodney (the maintenance man) a shout out. Anytime anything goes on here at Artena, he is right on it! From keeping the property clean inside and out to handling all tickets in a timely manner. He demonstrates daily that he truly cares for this community. Crystal in the office is knowledgeable and handles everything in a timely manner as well! I love Artena.

The move to Artena has been smooth. Crystal, the property manager, has been professional and excellent to work with. She always greet you with a smile and is pleasant. The building is always clean and smells great. Rodney, the maintenance supervisor is always on top of things and is very uplifting and positive. I am happy and enjoying my new home.

Shout out to Crystal and Rodney. They are nothing short of amazing. Crystal has made the entire process very pleasant. She’s so helpful and with quick responsiveness. Rodney is the man. His energy and positive attitude make him stand out in all the great ways. These two as a team makes me happy that I chose Artena as my new home.

I would like to review our maintenance team… Well our team (mister Rodney) 1 man only. Manages to keep this whole building extremely clean and well kept. I am grateful for his love and dedication to keep this place clean and in such a good shape! Yes he goes above and beyond to keep us all happy. He is one of a kind and deserves all the love and respect from all tenants. Thank you mister Rodney for making my stay joyful here.
We do have a new property manager Christal she is also incredible. She cares about each of us and continues showing excellent service she is very professional and on top of her game.
