We''ve tried for two weeks to get a quote to label our product bottles from this company. They like other companies asked us to send them some sample bottles, which we did. They informed us that our bottles were soft on one side but were willing to try and apply our labels. This took about a week to get this feedback from them. We then requested our bottles back because we decided to have them silk screened. They informed us that they silk screen bottles too. We thought that we were back in business just to find out that they could not print our two tone logo. We then requested that they send our small package of 6-7 bottles back to us. I guess they could not afford the $10.00 cost, which we gladly paid to ship the bottles to them at their request. During this whole process we had to continuously reach out to them for updates. It appeared that they didn't remember the order, so we found ourselves answering the same questions over and over again. Note to the wise..STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! If I could rate them at less than one star, I would.
