Samantha was nice but Jim cost them a customer . His active listening skills were sub par. Called for clarification but he was so focused on charging more money he couldn’t provide that. He was extremely rude but thankful for capitalism there’s someone providing this same service on every corner. I requested a refund and was informed it would be less about 10 percent fee and I would receive the my money back . I paid them $175 and received a $90 refund . That’s not %10 so that also speaks to their integrity as a business which is the true reason this review is being left. Giving the track record so far I expect them to pay for review to bury this one.

I had a very disappointing experience with ASAP Serve, LLC. It was clear from the start that they were more interested in my money than actually helping me serve the defendant in my small claims case. I provided them with detailed instructions to make their job easier, including specific days (Monday–Wednesday) when the defendant would be home. Despite this, they ignored my instructions and attempted service on a Thursday evening.

They claimed to have made five attempts, but I find that hard to believe given their disregard for the key information I provided. Frustrated, I turned to Rush Hour Legal Service and worked with Russ H., who was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and committed to getting the job done. He followed my instructions exactly and even communicated with me in real time for any additional details. Thanks to his diligence, my defendant was served the same day!

If you want a process server who actually cares about your situation and not just your money, I highly recommend Rush Hour Legal Service over ASAP Serve, LLC.

I talked to John on Friday morning and gave him a job that we both knew would be hard since the individual had been avoiding service for a month. He was straight forward and got the job done THE NEXT DAY. If this would have failed we would have had to refile the whole case. I know who to go to from now on if I need service fast and right. What I hate the most is unnecessary rude actions and behaviors. Being good at your job does not give you the authority to speak rudely. Remember that you are just a processing servers. You are not a lawyer or a judge. Especially the young lady working there has a very harsh and aggressive speaking style. It is very difficult to communicate with her. She immediately raises her voice and prepares to attack. For this reason, I am taking back the five stars I gave. I found another service that communicates better.
