I have to give big props to Aspen Fireplace and Stone! I had my electric fireplace installed a little over a year ago. Chris is always so friendly and helpful! I've had two issues which really were beyond his control but he stepped in both times to help me out, always with a great attitude! This latest time was over a year after installation and Chris could have easily washed his hands of me and my problems, but he was super helpful in getting a service technician (paid for by the manufacturer under warranty) out to my house to get the new part installed with as little hassle as possible on my end. Highly recommended company!

My Plumber, George Christensen of PT Plumbing, highly recommended Aspen Fireplace and Stone when I needed a new gas heater. Chris Navarro, the Owner takes customer service very serious. His fireplace, stove and heaters and many other heating sources and supplies are fantastic. If he doesn't have what you want he will find it for you. If you go by his showroom you will see beautiful additions to heat your home. Chris will take the time to sit down with you and explain everything you need to know or want in a heating source. He is knowledgeable, professional and as I said his customer service is beyond what I have seen in a long time.

Even though I am not a customer of this business I felt compelled to write a review due to help that I received from the owner Chris Navarro.
I was unsuccessful in finding critical information on an Enviro gas insert from my local supplier and decided to call another dealer to see if they could help me. Chris knew that I was too far away to be a potential buyer but he spent a significant amount of time with me and also called back with additional information. He was very knowledgeable and warm. Just think how you would be treated as a paying customer. I also want to mention the excellent interaction that I had with Kim, one of his employees.

We stopped by Aspen Fireplace & Stone in Flagstaff while traveling from Sedona to Denver and spent time with Chris discussing our stone and fireplace selections for a build we're doing in Nathrop, CO. Chris was welcoming, friendly, informative and helpful, regardless of the fact that we would not be making our purchase from him since we are building several hundred miles away and it doesn't make sense to purchase stone that far from our build site. We'd highly recommend Aspen Fireplace & Stone and are fully confident you'd be making a good decision by working with Chris Navarro on your project.

Chris did an awesome job in finding the gas stove I wanted despite the other "authorized dealer " in town was unable to or not motivated enough. And he went above and beyond after shipment was delayed. I have told several people about his store and a friend bought his wood stove there! I would not hesitate to purchase another from this guy!!

Aspen Fireplace and Stone remodeled the mantle and surround of our existing gas fireplace. What had been all drywall and basic ceramic tile is now beautiful dry-stacked stone with a rustic wooden mantle that hand-hewn by the owner, Chris. Chris put alot of thought and effort into fabricating the mantle, suggesting ways to make it unique. We love it. Chris and his team were a pleasure to work with. They were very professional every step of the way. I would highly recommend them for any fireplace work.

Aspen Fireplace and Stone was an average to below average experience. Friendly enough people but were not effective communicators. When I came to buy our fireplace insert there was some miss communications of how much it really was. When we did order the insert I was told a 10 day to delivery but it took 2 months with no communications of why this was happening until I poked enough to get an answer. The answer didn't come until after it was installed. I don't believe I will recommend this company for your heating needs.

My wife and I were in a few months back and got service from the owner and employees that is not typically found in most retailers. We had no idea what we needed to install a fireplace in our home.Unfortunately, logistically we were unable. The owner went out of his way to try and resolve our problem. He visited our home and researched other avenues to find a solution. I was in retail most of my life and understand how customer service is the only difference between you and your competitors. This place has figured that out!
