First off, I would like to start and say that I rarely ever leave reviews on Google. However, I feel that for Tom and his office it is deserving. Starting out, I had my doubts and didn't think anything would happen by contacting him about any matters that he could assist with. A family member of mine was having issues getting their EDD payment without being able to reach someone with a lot of stress. I suggested that they reach out to our Assemblymember, and they did just that. To my surprise, someone from the office actually replied to their email and even called to see if the EDD issues were resolved! WOW, someone that actually cares and advocates for the people. Second time, I myself contacted his office on another matter and the very next day it was resolved yet again. I am absolutely speechless but very grateful that we have a legislator that actually cares! Thank you so much Tom and your office for helping us out. You really restored my faith that there are legislators out there that truly care.

I called and with in 2 rings Tom picked up the phone. He listen to my concern and gave a response that I wanted to hear. I have been trying to reach the EDD since January and haven’t been able to get through. It has been frustrating and stressful for me and my family. We are in a financial hardship. Haven’t received anything from EDD for 6 months now.I called Tom and he told me that he will handle my case. Promised to follow up with me with in a week. Omg! I am so happy to hear that he is willing to help me. Thank you so!!!
