They completely screwed up a fire door order and won't admit their mistake. Wrong opener and oversized curtain for a job that was six months in planning. And they still botched it. They even got the door weight wrong, even though they made it. And $6k for powder coating that was crap? Then, they were gonna ship it on a flatbed hotshot, exposed to the highway grit. But for $250 more they'll put it in a box? Too much negative associated with this company to even give them a second chance.
I'll be using Cookson from now on and would recommend the same to others.

Warehouse supervisor was being nasty to contractors. All sudden you can’t clear your truck and dump in their dumpster when everyone else does it. To make space for more materials especially when we bring a lot of business. We rather take business somewhere else where they treat you with respect. I feel bad for the guys that work there under this conditions

This is for their Cartersville location, apparently they took it off the map because it performed so badly. Worst run door supplier I've ever been to and it's been consistently bad for more than 20 years.

Wow who manages this wearhouse!!!!!! The wait time in picking up a pre-oder product can range from 1-2 hours,and this includes you paying for the product ahead of a pickup time with you informing them you are coming. Wow what a waste in time and money for the distribution, the contractor and delay in service for the customer. Who is the Manager?

The worst place to get your products from. Is there a manager managing this wearhouse. You can find your self waiting 1-3 hours for products you ordered days in advance. And this is pre-paying and letting them know you are on your way for pickup. Wow!!!!!! Poor managing, poor customer service. Time is money

Horrible! Terry made the process as painful as he could. If you like a salesman that doesn’t call you or text you back in a timely manner, then this is your company. Don’t expect a lot and you’ll still be let down.

This place had exactly the door I needed in stock and ready to go. I was loaded and back on the road in 15 minutes. New management has obviously made a difference. Thanks, Asta!
