I wish I could give them 10 stars. I came to them after not trusting a competitor to be able to get it done and Atlanta Process Servers stepped up.

I appreciated their coordination with the server so their time wasn't wasted. I really appreciate the speed and service! I totally recommend and would use again!!

Ms. Donna was clearly having a bad day when I contacted her. The judge decided to extend the deadline for my case, so I reached out to confirm I was still in need of her services. On our phone call Ms. Donna grew very impatient & unprofessional.

She kept cutting me off when I was explaining the situation. She grew frustrated when she realized I was asking for a rush job, again cutting me off, telling me it would be more money, & she kept reiterating that there were many customers ahead of me. Even when I asked if there was a time frame I could expect files from her, she responded that there were many customers ahead of me. & for some weird reason she was upset that I planned on filing in person “unlike majority of her clients who filed online”.

Finally she tells me to find another company to serve the documents because “this isn’t going to work”.

I really hope she isn’t so easily swayed on her better days, because poor customer service skills aren’t appreciated in any industry, especially not one that deals with serious legal matters. We already have a lot going on.

Ms. Donna, practice keeping your cool & listen to the customer the first time.

This is a wonderful company. They answered by call immediately, I spoke with a person who actually knew right away how to serve the defendant that I needed served. They got the job done within 24 hours and followed up with e-mailed documentation. They made my job that much easier. I wish more companies were like this one. Bravo!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE THIS SERVICE AT ALL!!!!! PLEASE RUN. Donna gave me a price of $85.00 to service a subpoena and she walked me through the process over the phone. The next day I get an email stating that I owe $95.00 from Leo. I called multiple times in which they do not answer the phone. The wanted to charge me double of the service and are very rude! This company is a scan.
