Attalla Water Works Board

A bunch of Crooks. $50 more in addition to the $50 you already charged me for reconnect to cut my water back on same day instead of waiting until the morning. I have 4 kids and these people simply do not care. There’s a special place in hell for people like this. Worst and most expensive water board I have ever dealt with. I truly can not wait to move out of your garbage town.

The bill pay system needs a serious update! A utility company that doesn't offer autopay in 2024? "Manage autopay" is listed as a viable option on the website. BUT it's not active. Can someone explain the line of reasoning behind even having an inactive payment option on the website?

They do not work with you !!! They don't give you a grace period eaither ! So mad right now they just cut my water off and I only owe them 55 $$$ yes I am delinquent just by a few days I have 3 kids and now I'm having to pay 115 $$$ for a reconnect fee that I can't even afford they make it so hard on you they are the worst attalla city y'all could do a lot better to take care of your residents and y'all don't care your terrible ?

Not that they care at all about getting a bad review but this is the worst county/city utility company I have ever had to deal with. In fact, I haven't had a good or even decent experience with any of the Attalla government departments. Completely terrible! Y'all need to do better and realize who you actually work for.

They turned my water off after me missing 1 payment like what is that no grace period at all and I’m I’ve been here for a year
