During hurricane Helene a tree hit the backside of our RV and did a good bit of damage to it and I have been using Augusta RV for years so I took it to them and they repaired it just as good as new! They did a fantastic job putting it back together And did some extra things that I didn’t even expect -hats off to the entire crew at Augusta RV for the fantastic job that they do. I highly recommend Richard Fender and his Experienced team!

Brought in my 2016 Winnebago Adventure repairs November 2023 return June 2024
My coach was returned to me with the same problems escalated to a whole new issue.
Macerator toilet was supposed to be fixed and drove home nothing
Matrix remotes didn't work with the remote TVs. Now, the Matrix system does not work at all.
Satellite radio stated attena is not connected
I was told it was fixed and paid for it's not
Paid for new bed lift it's the original.
Paid for complete new slide system.
What I can see is still original
Tried to set up a date to bring it back and was pushed back they are too busy.
I need to schedule something later
I've canceled two trips during this repair
period.
There were three items fixed with no issues at this time out of 17 items.
Major expense to have this many issues
I was told that I needed subscriptions to test any of the electronics' satellite rpadio and Dish. After getting subscriptions turned on, they were a failure.
Not able to play DVD any longer as the Matrix system does not work distributing the signal.
I have 120 plugs that no longer work they did before
I used to be able to start the generator from the driver seat that no longer works.
When they replaced my dash system, something must have been disconnected
Plus, the dash screws are missing
Had all my canvas replaced the poarch canvas, it leaks profusely over the door.
Looking looking to take it to Winnebago to have it all fixed correctly

Brandon solved my warranty problem on my coach and when in passing I mentioned another problem that I was having, he called me the next day with a solution. He went above and beyond to help me out.

Outstanding customer service and prompt responses. We had an issue with our RV slide out and needed a service tech right away. We had called multiple mobile RV services and no one was available. Then Lippert (slide manufacturer) suggested Augusta RV and we are so glad they did. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Everyone at Augusta RV was professional and knowledgeable. They were able to come out that day and figured out what the issue was in minutes. They made the appropriate repairs and provided pictures and detailed information (for our RV manufacturer). While I was staying in Augusta I was having issues with my a/c and was told they were booked out for 2 weeks but the woman who answered said that Clint would give me a call anyway to touch base. Within an hour I received a call from him and he gave me a tip that I should try with my a/c and it worked. I really appreciate that he took a few minutes to help me without expecting anything in return.

Had a little accident and the first responders recommended this place for repairs. As seems to be the case everywhere, it took some time to get scheduled. But the quality of the work was great and the people here are straightforward and honest.
