I have used this dealership twice within a year to a year and a half. From the first time arrived, I was met with an unmatched courtesy and willingness to help fix my issue IN A TIMELY MANNER!!! I could not be more pleased with this dealerships service dept. I just recently had to return with an issue I’ve had previously. The last time this happened the dealership in my hometown kept my vehicle for ab 4-6 months with every day being a new headache, an excuse, or a plain ole lack of knowledge through and through. This dealership with the same issue had me back on the road the same exact week I dropped it off! Ecstatic is an understatement. I will gladly drive the 1.5 hour drive every time. All around great people and management. I said it the first time and I’ll say it again. You will have my business from here on out. Thank you again

I traded in my Ram 1500 for a 2024 Jeep Gladiator Willys edition last weekend. I received phenomenal customer service from Lance and Richard!! I feel like they were looking out for my best interest. I definitely would recommend this dealership if your on the market for a new or used vehicle!!

Took my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change. After the work was finished, I had run an errand and my car starts flashing “oil level critically low” and beeping loudly. I call back to the service department and was assured the oil was changed, but that I needed to park my car at home and they would tow it back to the dealership the next day. My husband checked the dipstick and there was no oil on the dipstick, but oil was puddling on my driveway. The next day, my jeep is towed to the dealership, and I asked to speak with the GM. I had the decency to speak with Ken (the GM) and Chris (service manager) in private, mostly for professionalism. However, Ken acted like he couldn’t care less what I had to say and I feel like he brushed off my valid concerns that were presented regarding this situation. Chris did attempt to smooth over the situation, had everything redone that was supposed to be done and I was assured that I wouldn’t have any issues. Ken was aware that I wanted to make sure this issue was resolved and that the dealership needed to be held responsible for this. Ken’s malfeasance regarding the unfortunate incident with my vehicle was deplorable. His lack of empathy for customer service and trying to help make this right is absent…he clearly did not care. After having taken more than half the day of work to deal with this, my car is still leaking oil and is having to go back to the dealership again. I’m grateful that Chris and Tito and trying to do the right thing, but my level of satisfaction with this dealership is at zero. Ken’s response (lack thereof) is exactly why I loathe car dealerships. I couldn’t be more disappointed in a company for allowing their GM to display such poor customer care and supper. This is not the same level of customer relationship management that I received from Dale and Lou when purchasing my vehicle. Shame on you, AutoNation!

I called today 1-1-2025 to enquire about a truck they have for sale. I received a call from Jamie shortly after I sent my contact information in. And I was asked what kind of price was I looking for on this truck ? All I requested was an emailed copy of a proposal listing the out the door price as well as verified that yes they do have the truck in stock. "OK I'll have my sales manager get that for you." And about 2 minutes later received another call from the sales manager that wanted to know what information I needed, again asked him to send the information I requested via email. Evidently that was too much of an effort on his part, and he said the price online was the price the truck was. They were already talking about money before I even got to the dealership. I live about 125 miles out and wanted to verify that they did have the truck in stock before the trip, and inquired about the rebates that are applicable on the 2024 models. And what type of additional fees were involved. But I guess that requesting information is too much of a bother anymore, and I should just go by there everyday and throw a couple of grand their way, just because. No need to do anything , or help anyone , my mistake, I thought that was thier job, just shut up and give me the money. I won't bother you or your dealership again, my apologies I interrupted your day. But don't worry just a few miles down the road I found a dealership that was offering a substantial discount on thier remaining 2023 models, and they didn't mind providing me with the information that I needed.
So would I recommend this place ? Would you ?

Got great deal on oil change maintenance also was not scheduled for oil change but Chris Greer got me in and Tito great customer service is unbeatable, I drive an hour 30 mins away just to get good service ! Never had bad experience here and will keep coming here!

Our Dodge Ram was parked outside while we were out of town. A friend noticed the car windows were all filled with water on the inside. Long story short the 3rd brake light leaks in this vehicle. Can you imagine a car whose roof leaks !! Dodge knows this and covers it (you think they would have a recall) but unfortunatley the cab is all mouldy. I am beyond upset, but I have to say Christopher has just been wonderful and has gone out of his way to help us. I have called him so many times and he is always so professional and helpful (im sure he sees my number and rolls his eyes lol). Thank you Christopher.

Purchased a 2022 Jeep Renegade Latitude at AutoNation South and have been driving it now for 2 weeks- it's awesome! Initially I was considering searching for vehicles up in Atlanta but after seeing their inventory and offers I made the drive to their dealership on a Friday. I met with Richard from their sales team and told him what I was looking for in pre-owned inventory along with what kind of deal I was looking for. Richard and I walked the lot and he suggested the possibility of a new 2022 model which would come in at roughly the same price or lower, which ended up totally true. Settled for a Black 2022 Jeep Renegade Latitude (initially was looking for something like the old 2014 Compass I had) and I'm honestly impressed by this Jeep SUV. The Renegades are very on point with features and still handle like a Jeep. I needed to run the deal by my wife of course, and Richard and AutoNation South were kind enough to allow me to borrow the vehicle overnight to show my wife since she couldn't be at the initial walk-through. The following Saturday morning we bought it. No price hassles, no price surprises, no APR surprises, but just a very easygoing and straight forward deal the entire way through. Richard and the team gave me the full walk-through of all the new Jeep features and our purchase experience took about 2.5 hours. We've had zero issues with our new Jeep Renegade and plan on having this one for a long time.

Thanks to Richard and the AutoNation South team for a very satisfying purchasing experience. My wife and I will definitely consider purchasing another new vehicle here the next time we need one. I'd recommend Richard and the dealership to anyone in the area on the market for a new or used Jeep. A legit 5/5 at this location. Thanks again guys!
