I just have to give a shout out to the folks at the Deli counter. They make 'the' best pizza. I almost didn't want to mention anything because it's so good. Keep it secret, keep it safe! Ha ha. Truly though, the crust is crunchy and bready, the toppings are fresh, the cheese is meltey and delicious. It's even amazing cold this next day (like I'm having right now, ha ha.) Make sure to call ahead because they are busy most days. They do not disappoint. ♡♡

Also, this store is just fun. I've been going to this location since I was a kid, back when Bashas' had play areas for kids with toys and little chairs. I used to go there with my grandma before she passed. It's a pretty cool location, even when it's 120° out.

My third trip to the Gold Canyon location since I recently moved out here and the produce looked nice once out of three times. No cashiers available except one at self checkout between six self checkout machines all three times, mind you I’m a nighttime shopper, but the cashier has had to come assist each time which is annoying. Not a grocery store to buy all groceries, more for last minute items because the prices are typically higher than other places I shop. It is clean and quiet. The store app is less user friendly than my primary grocery stores. I drive a few miles past this store to primarily shop between Sprouts and Walmart grocery.

First time shopper at Bashas’ and I absolutely loved it! Everything in this store was organized, well stocked and clean. They have a huge variety of items. I love that they have a gluten-free section. I also love how appealing the fruit displays were! The employees we came across were friendly and helpful and each customer seemed genuinely happy to shop there. Bashas’ is a phenomenal grocery store!

Prices too high.
Produce hardly ever fresh. Out of stock on many things. Gold Canyon needs another grocery store. If we had another place to shop Bashas might do better. Give them some competition. I only go there anymore when I HAVE to. Their prices are very high. Have many other friends that feel the same way.

I hiked a few miles to get to this store and realized I did not have my credit card on me and I really wanted a cup of coffee in the starbucks. Robin the store manager saw me and asked how she could help and I shared with her the story and she bought me a cup of coffee...out of her own pocket. It's people like this that remind us all there is still very good people in this world. Bashas you have a blessing in her kindness and leadership.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!
Went to buy a Cantaloupe and saw the $.99 price tag thinking for each. Nope, read the very, very fine print ... for some reason, they are not as proud as advertising per lb. Look at the pictures. Maybe it's just a learning lesson for me.
I just wanted to share my experience.

Good sales but very busy and lots of older people. If you are in a hurry don’t stop by. The staff is very kind and helpful.
