Needed batteries for a mobility scooter at the last minute for a trip. We found them in stock at the Flagstaff store and stopped in and purchased them. The owner of the company helped me switch them out and got us on the road quickly. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

I’ve taken my car key here to get the battery replaced before, but this time they completely stripped the screw on my key and then said there was nothing they could do without breaking my key. I wish they would have given up trying to remove the screw before it was beyond repair.

The Batteries Plus Bulbs staff members I encountered at their store in Flagstaff, AZ were helpful, friendly, patient and very knowledgeable concerning my need to have my ZTE cell phone battery replaced. The technician who replaced the battery for me did what I could not: he removed the back of the phone, to obtain access to the battery compartment and replaced the old battery with my new one without damaging the phone. He did the job within two hours, which allowed my wife and I to return home earlier than expected after a grueling day in which I had scheduled two other healthcare appointments - one in Sedona, one in Flagstaff. The staff member who worked behind the counter and, who greeted me to take my order behaved in a very professional, helpful and courteous manner as well. Plus, after I got home I tested the phone, and it worked better than before.

I have no doubt that I'll return to Batteries Plus Bulbs in Flagstaff, in person and online, for my future battery needs. The store is a nearly indispensable resource for me considering our reliance on technology, and always has been. I thoroughly recommend it to you for your battery needs.

NEVER go here to get your phone fixed I plaid 237 for a guy to fix my phone with a phone screen kit that cost $35 (I looked up the brand) for my phone to be absolutely terrible after the fact. I would get ghost dots and it would seem as if someone else was controlling my phone I got my screen fixed again through AT&T for free I will never be purchasing anything from batteries plus again

Needed a battery for my sxs same day…. If I didn’t run my mouth talking about irrelevant stuff, I’d have been in and out in 5 minutes. They had exactly what I needed and at a great price. Done! I need batteries for my truck before next winter. I’ll be going back there to get them. Also, they tested my old battery as “good” and suggested I may not even need a new battery, risking losing a sale. I bought one anyway because it was a 6 year old battery and I wanted peace of mind.

Great experience here! I had a very last minute request before closing to fix my phone and Chaleenah was happy to help. I was stressing because every other place denied me or was closed but Chaleenah got the job done in record time and the new screen looks amazing. I would 100% recommend!

I bought a battery for my Google Pixel and brought it in to replace the battery. When I brought it in, the phone was fully functioning, but when I came back to pick it up, I realized after an hour that the touchscreen was not working right. There was a dead zone on the top quarter of the touchscreen and you couldn't zoom in on the screen. I came in with a working phone and left with a broken one.

When I brought it back in, the gentleman told me he had forgot to check my phone to see if it worked. He offered to replace the touchscreen and issue a repair. I left my number and phone type and that was over a week ago with no one calling me back. The result of this has created hardship when it comes to my work. I have had to rotate my phone to access my keypad or touch a part of the screen I needed to insert an input. Also the use of some apps I have has been useless since I cant rotate the screen to use the app.

Overall, I spent money to replace my battery and got a broken phone instead. I wouldn't recommend this place because of the poor customer service and attention to detail. I won't be using them again, and will bite the bullet and purchase a new phone. Thank you, Batteries Plus for making my initial purchase a waste of my time. Don't waste yours either.

This was the most amazing company to deal with. They went totally above and beyond to help us in a desperate situation with a dead car battery on a Sunday no less!!! The customer service experience and work they performed was over the top amazing! And to top it off the car battery price and warranty was cheaper than other quotes I found elsewhere. Totally worth much more than just five stars!
