Ok, from the incredible availability they have, to the professional packaging, to the quality of the meat, to the fair pricing I just can't say enough about BC!!!! The experience was easy and professional from start to finish, showing up to pick up my meat was where I saw this is going to be my processor for as long as they keep doing it, hopefully YEARS and YEARS to come!!! The processing shed was hospital clean, no smell, no mess, gave me complete confidence in how my deer was processed, great packaging in professional bags saying thank you, which I thought was a nice touch!!! Then this morning capped it off when I cooked some of their maple sausage for breakfast WOW, PERFECTION!!!! The sausage was savory, slightly sweet, with the perfect maple tone coming through, absolutely BEST deer sausage I have ever eaten!!! You guys are my processors for life, keep it going PLEASE!!!!!

B and C are very quick with turnaround time. Very friendly and really cater to the Kidz! They place packages in plastic carry bags making it easy to transport home to freezer. They went the extra mile by labeling the packages with my grandson’s name on his deer (which I happily paid for!)
