I just got off the phone with Samantha which was a joy to talk to. She answered all of my questions and had me set up in just a few minutes. We all need to keep an attitude like she displays.

I love the ladies at Bear Creek Propane. They are always so helpful in getting us set up for deliveries!

The office staff are the best. They care about the customer and sought to provide the best service and pricing available.

The local employees are are extremely friendly and very helpful, especially Kaila Ables at the Bear Creek location. She is very capable, and her response to her customers is very timely. My only complaint is that I wish the parent company would reconfigure their telephone carousel. When you call the local number, you are just as likely to get someone in another state as the location you’re calling. With Kaila though, e-mail always works, but what about people who don’t have access to this method

We set.up for tank delivery and it arrived as ordered. We had a water leak and since that was the only use we had at the moment we asked them to leave it off. They came out 2 weeks later as scheduled to top it off. We asked him to help us turn it on and get the hot water heater working and he tried for over an hour and it wouldnt work. I called Kayla at the office and she sent someone out right away. They found the regulator was not working correctly and replaced it then helped us get the hot water heater going. They were a huge help and we definitely recommend.
