I want to say thank you for the excellent 5 Star Service from Bear Valley Plumbing & Heating provided by the man himself, Mr. Quentin George. This was my first experience with Bear Valley P&H and although it got off to a slow start, Mr. Quentin more than made up for it by his professionalism and expert tech work on my HVAC unit. His excellent customer care and patience on diagnosing my problem were top notch.

Please take my advice, this is the company that you want to call for your plumbing and heating needs. This is not a paid review, but an honest one from a customer that is extremely satisfied with their experience. Way to go Mr. Quentin and keep up the great work Bear Valley Plumbing & Heating.

Bear Valley got me out of big jam when I came to find water coming out of my homes’ shut off and drain valve. They had put it in 2 years back so i was perplexed. Called them up, and they came out same day. Quentin George came out and diagnosed things and found out it was not a large issue at all. Quentin explained the diagnostic process, showed me how to avoid it in the future, and best of all , assured me the warranty was still in place to cover if it were a problem, which was huge relief. Great jump overall, and I will call them again for my next project

I have been dealing with Bear Valley Plumbing & Heating for years. They always responded promptly to my questions and serviced my old wall heater in a friendly and professional fashion. They installed a new wall heater manufactured by Williams; it fit in the wall perfectly and heats adequately. FIRST PROBLEM: As it warms up, the wall heater makes banging noises--sometimes more than 200 hammer-like sounds lasting about 5 minutes--until the heater warms up. These noises can be heard in every room in the house and during the daytime and the nighttime. I complained to BVP&H and they sent a nice technician to check it out. He tried his best, but the hammering continued. He came out 3 or 4 more times, trying different things, but nothing worked. I contacted Williams and they acknowledged that the problem exists; they sent some suggestions to stop the noise. The technician came again--but the noise continued. SECOND PROBLEM: The technician told me that they would no longer service my heater or even come to my house again. He said BVP&H management said my house was a problem and he said that I was a problem!
The Williams wall heater is junk and the company treated me poorly. Now I have a $6,000 hammer. Buyers beware!

Quentin is terriffic! He's serviced our place a couple of times, and whenever I know he's on the job, I know we're in excellent technical hands. Bear Valley Plumbing and Heating does tend to be a little pricier than some of the other companies, but they do their jobs well, are reliable, communicative, and they stand behind their warranties.

I contacted Bear Valley Plumbing regarding a water leak under the kitchen sink and to get a quote to install a water conditioning system. Quentin was the service tech who responded to my need and what a great experience I had with him. He found the cause of the leak quickly and repaired it just as quickly. He also surveyed for the water conditioning system & provided a guaranteed price quotation in a professional manner that was as impressive as his ability to repair the leak. I was totally satisfied with the Quentin's services today and I look forward to working with Bear Valley Plumbing again in the future.
