What a great experience we had purchasing our Bullfrog Hot Tub from Bear Valley Spas. Travis was so knowledgeable and kind as was his crew. Installation went off without a hitch and we’ve been enjoying it ever since. Highly recommended.

The experience of purchasing a hot tub was excellent. All the hot tub brands available were reviewed in detail along with what to expect with delivery and set up. Bear Valley Spa has come through for me on many occasions. They have serviced our spa for a drain and fill last minute for guests arriving that day. They have reached out to my guest on a Saturday night to instruct them on how to use the spa. They are there when I need them and I can't expect anything more! Thank you and highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. We met with Travis at the store and he sold us on a Hot Spring Spa. We bought the higher end model (Sovereign) and Travis said that the jets have two pumps, one for the lounger and one for the opposite side. The spa was installed and when we went to use it for the first time, we found that when the jets are on to all seats, there is not enough power to make the massaging jets of the lounger go up and down as they are supposed to. I complained to Bear Valley Spa and they said I was just not properly adjusting the valves and that it was working fine. The next time I came up, we went in the spa and adjusted the valves as they stated and it still didn't work. I reached out to HotSprings directly since I wasn't getting an answer from Bear Valley Spa. HotSprings told us that there is only one motor for the jets and we can only get the power for the massager if only one side is on. I thought this was ridiculous and I complained again to Bear Valley Spa. We had the spa installed in Oct 2024 and have been trying to get a replacement since. BEAR VALLEY SPA NEVER GETS BACK TO ME - I HAVE TO CONTINUOUSLY CALL AND THEN I'M TOLD THEY ARE WORKING ON POSSIBLY REPLACING IT WITH A BULLFROG SPA BUT I NEVER GET A CALL BACK. I HAVE CALLED MORE THAN A DOZEN TIMES AND STOPPED AT THE STORE AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES AND STILL NO RESOLUTION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER SPA PROVIDER AND TESTING THE SPA BEFORE BUYING TO MAKE SURE IT PERFORMS AS EXPECTED.

We've used Bear Valley Pools and Spas for over a year now. At first they totally forgot to put us on the schedule and our spa went unattended for a month +. They also messed up their billings and back billed us for a handful of months at once. About 6 months ago we noticed the spa wasn't really getting cleaned, and wasn't being used either; we saw the tech was in and out in less than 2 minutes (no exaggeration) and when we brought this to their attention they apologized and said they'd do a complimentary drain and refill (which wasn't great - just costs us money - but we accepted it). Then they NEVER did it. When I asked about it they deflected and made excuses. Meanwhile the tech kept using the wrong gate (an inoperable gate he broke open), and continued to come in and out in minutes while the spa was never really cleaned (twigs, branches, etc. in the spa and only opened by the tech). At the risk of being a pain of a customer I continued to give them a chance to correct it, I emailed them multiple times to let them know about the poor service their employees were providing, etc. they finally assigned a new rep, but then no one came for a full month. We arrived to our cabin this week to find the spa completely green. No reply to any of our communications to them this month trying to resolve it. Terrible, save yourself the frustration and find an alternative service provider.
