Becki helped us find our dream home in the mountains of Big Bear Lake and we couldn't be happier! Moving to Big Bear from out of town we found Becki's knowledge of the surrounding area super beneficial. Her down-to-earth friendly personality allowed the town's little details to surface in casual conversation which made the whole buying experience very enjoyable. Work travel often limited our available days to see properties but Becki never ceased to amaze us - making herself available and getting us into the properties we wanted to see. Ten homes in one day as I recall. We also really appreciated Becki's honest expert opinion when we needed a third party to weigh in. I would highly recommend Becki for your next home search!

I chose Becki Wheeler as my realtor after a poor experience with another agent. The difference was immediately apparent. From the start, Becki presented herself as competent, friendly and knowledgeable. I had full confidence in her skills. Becki was always responsive to my needs, whether I needed information, updates or reassurance. She was present and helpful throughout the selling process, from initial market analysis through escrow. Becki is a kind person, but she can be appropriately assertive when necessary. Becki always followed up with potential buyers and she interfaced well with other agents. My property closed escrow two months after listing. As my realtor, Becki exceeded expectations and I could not recommend her more highly.

Becki is a true professional. Our transaction was a complicated one with foundation problems. Becki was able to guide us through the process and close on time. She also goes above and beyond with preparation. We don’t live in Big Bear and there were times when items needed to be taken care of in person. Becki was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgable, professional, responsive and so trustworthy! I was selling a property in Big Bear Lake, CA but live in Georgia and Becki worked with me and make the selling process so easy and seemless. She walked me through the process, everything was done/signed online/electronically, and she answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. Also because I did not live in the area and did not know local vendors, contractors, etc, Becki referred me to people she knew in the area (i.e. plumber, electrician, handyman, housecleaner) which I used and they were all professional, trustworthy, reasonably priced which again made me feel comfortable selling the property from a distance. Finally, Becki was great when it came to making recommendations and providing guidance on counteroffers, concessions, and credits. So if you are looking for an agent in the area who is professional and you can trust, Becky is the agent you should work with!
