Best service ever ! Bought a bed for my mom going in a nursing home, Craig made it so easy and picked a bed she loves! No one could deliver for a few days and Craig made it happen the next morning. Craig made the mattress buying process easy, hassle-free, and enjoyable. He was very professional, friendly, and upfront when asking for our budget and never suggested mattresses that far exceeded it. He thoroughly explained everything about the mattresses we tried and was not pushy at all. He also gave us time to talk to ourselves after testing out the mattresses in our price range and asked us to come to him when ready. Craig took such good care of me let me take my time laying on various beds and flipping back and forth between various models. Over the past 35 years, this was far and away the very best mattress-buying experience we have ever had!
