Wow!! I am so impressed with the staff at Best Propane. From the time I called until the time the staff came to my house to check my tanks, install parts and fill them. Delane was very kind and helpful in getting me the propane I needed at a great price. Teddy and his co-worker were so sweet and cordial when they came to my home. Teddy went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed and was available after he left for additional questions that I had concerning my propane tanks. This is what customer service should be like. Thanks for being such an awesome staff and making this process an easy one! Yall are the best!

From the moment I reached out to Best Propane in Royston and spoke Kathy I could tell this was a class A operation. Being that I was 700 miles away and trying to get propane gas at our home when no one was going to be there, I wanted to make sure they did it right. Everything Kathy told me would happen, happened perfectly, timely and professionally. To put the icing on the cake, the Delivery man, Teddy, was awesome. He texted me to make sure that he was at the right property and was very friendly, responsible and friendly, including following up with me after the job was done. I HIGHLY recommend them for all your GAS needs. Happy Thanksgiving to all!
