I have had the best experience with Alex. He has made our sad times so much easier. We first had contact with Alex when my mother''s husband died 3 years ago. My mother and her husband had made arrangements many years ago with Big Bear Mortuary and they handled the process very professionally and were so caring. My mother died this last April and Alex again was so amazing. My father had not made arrangements and now that he is 89, I have asked Alex to help with this. He has made the process so easy and again with such care. I know when the time comes I will be very sad; but I know that Alex will be there to help us through it. I would highly recommend Big Bear Mortuary.

My daughter was murdered earlier this year and it's been difficult, but Alex at big bear mortuary has done everything in is power to make it an easy transition and explained every detail of what was to happen answered any and all questions. very polite and very professional.
