We love Maureen Auer and the whole Mike Sannes ReMax team. Way back in 2009, my wife and I went up to Big Bear to see if our little bit of savings might allow us to take advantage of the price drops of the big recession of ’08. We found the lovely and energetic Maureen Auer, then with another Realtor, and she found us this wonderful property. We always enjoyed our times in Big Bear, and she found us the perfect location right between Big Bear City and The Lake to call our own.

Fourteen years later, with a ton of memories of family and friends, and the opportunity to AirBnB when we weren’t using the property (under the excellent management of AirBnB super-hosts Mario and Ivette Ruiz). But, now near retirement, we decided to sell.

Mike and Maureen expertly helped us price our “turn-key AirBnB rental getaway” and even in a ‘softening’ market we got a solid offer that first weekend, which turned into the final escrow closer.

We really never got the chance to raise many concerns or questions during the process before one member of the team or another was already on it! All docs were handled seamlessly and electronically, allowing us to manage things from LA and to take our long-planned vacation right in the middle of things without interruption to boot!
