I will without a doubt be using Biles Metalworks in the future with any metal/welding projects. Avery was very professional and did a wonderful job communicating with me throughout the project as well as communicating estimated arrival/departure times. I have been very pleased with the work that he has done. I will continue to recommend Biles Metalworks to anyone needing welding and/or custom metalwork. If I could give a 6th star I would!

We worked with Biles Metalworks to design, fabricate and install a loft ladder. It needed to slide side to side and in and out for an easier climbing angle and to store away when not in use. We also requested handrails and tall railings at the top for comfort and security. Biles Metalworks exceeded our expectations. Great communication and customer service. The attention to detail was excellent. We absolutely love our custom loft ladder. Will definitely use them for future projects.
