I have been a loyal gas customer for years. Since Blossman purchased Loyal gas the service is not reliable. They do not show up when they tell you they will be there and just give excuses. I will never refer anyone else to this company.

He went above and beyond with explanations, recommendations, and made sure I understood the items needed, cost, plus additional information. They were prompt, very friendly, and have earned my gas business to be LOYAL to them as long as I’m in their territory. Their prices are reasonable and it’s comforting knowing you’re working with the best in that line of business. You will not be disappointed! IF I COULD RATE 0 I WOULD. SONYA IS SOOOO RUDE. FOR A BUSINESS THE STAFF IS RUDE AND THE BUSINESS WAS BOUGHT BY SOMEONE ELSE AND THEY ARE RUDE ASWELL. SHE EVEN TOLD ME TO GET A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND THAT SHE WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE AFTER THEY ROBBED MY MONEY. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Bought a house in conyers and found that the propane tank I had belong to a company that would've taken weeks to get me propane. I called Loyal Gas and they moved my old tank installed theirs and filled the tank the next day. They went above and beyond by switching some of our appliances that were set up for NG to LP. Alton was extremely helpful and informative. I look forward to continuing my relationship with this local business.
