Blue Ridge Event Productions did an incredible job for our wedding! They provided a canopy of string lights for our reception hall, which ended up being one of our very favorite parts of our decorations. The lighting was gorgeous and they were so easy to work with. Working with Blue Ridge Productions for my daughter’s wedding was an excellent experience.
Peter was instrumental in making the process smooth, easy and stress free.
They were able to provide us with all our needs.
Blue Ridge Productions provided us with the sound for the ceremony, the band stage, dance floor lighting as well as, draping and lighting.
We were so pleased with the sound. Many guests made mention that it was so lovely to hear the pastor’s service and the bride and groom speaking their vows.
The reception space was just lovely, and the draping provided the perfect look to soften the room and provide a fairytale setting.
The contract process was seamless, and Peter was extremely helpful. He was open to making changes as needed and always quick to respond.
I appreciate having worked with such a great company.

Erra and the team did a great job with the lighting for our daughter’s wedding at Irvine Estate in Lexington. VA. It truly exceeded my expectations! The lighting on the terrace was especially beautiful over the dance floor at night. Would highly recommend!

The team at Blue Ridge Event Productions was always professional during both the months of preparation and the days leading up to the wedding. Joe Kalkstein and Charlie Emmons were very helpful in answering our questions and giving suggestions for how to maximize our reception space. Even on the day before the wedding, Charlie was on-site responding to our feedback by adjusting the decor until we were completely satisfied! We valued their years of experience working with our venue, Wintergreen Resort, which really helped make everything easier. Thank you for helping make our wedding unique!
