I’ve been going to BMR FOR ABOUT 9 years now. I recently had to take my car in to replace the battery and when I went to drive it that week the passenger window wouldn’t operate. I took it back today and asked if replacing the battery could be the problem. They weren’t sure and said that sometimes with old cars different things happen at the same time. Anyway
, they said they would check it out and if it was something that went wrong with the battery exchange, it would be no charge. Guess what, they forgot to rest something when the battery was placed and they fixed it no charge! Thanks for being an honest shop!

Something hit the underside of my car and immediately there was a popping sound when I applied the brakes so I took my vehicle to Les Schwab (great brake work and awesome warranty). After evaluating, they informed me that my rack and pinion needed to be repaired. They then referred me to BMR.
As soon as I got home I contacted that shop and explained the situation. At first I was told that there were appointments available later in the week. I then explained that I really needed the vehicle fixed prior to that as I had important medical appointments I couldn't miss. The young lady assisting me then asked if I could bring my vehicle in the next day - I instantly agreed.
The next morning I dropped off the vehicle and I was immediately given a quote. When I went to pick up my car, I found out the popping sound was from one of the front rods which they fixed, but the rack and pinion did need repairing so it was a good thing I did hit something. In addition, they also replaced my back braking light. I asked how much more that was and was immediately told that they were sticking to the quote I was given. My car drives beautifully and am so pleased with their wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend BMR to those that need this type of repairs.

This place is great! They are very professional and let you know any potential cost before the examination of your car. I thought my car was toast and that I might have to buy a new one. Turns out they fixed my car and it runs great! This is my new place to go for car repairs. I've told all my family and friends about this place too. One of the best experiences I've had with a car repair.

BMR is fantastic! They are one of those classic mechanic shops that actually want to take great care of their customers and cars. They will be honest and recommend what is actually needed rather than try to upsell for unnecessary services. I trust them with my various cars and recommend that my family members take all of their cars there for simple maintenance and repairs.

Recently had oil change, tire rotation and was quoted one fee by phone then bill came to double! 150.00!! Dealership charges not more than 90.00? Also, tire pressure readings stated they filled to 35, didn't happen either. So disappointing, Used to be 100% but will not return.
