We walk in and are pleasantly greeted to a nice, cool, organized, clean store. I felt no pressure to buy, I actually didn’t intend to, but after learning from Cody how their business works and without middlemen we ended up purchasing an incredible mattress and bed setup. He answered all of my silly questions without letting me feel silly and I felt no anxiety to buy or even make a decision at all. I’m literally excited to get our bed installed that is being made just for us.

Got to lie on 4 different mattresses. Each of varying quality. Got a a great promotional price . Also got the metal base and a free pillow..my delivery was local and free. Great experience

Mattress is wonderful! Very happy with our purchase. Delivery and set up was a bit of a disaster but they are working hard to make things right. 5 stars for the mattress. 3 stars for delivery and set-up.

Jacob and his assistant were very cordial and FAST! Although I need to call the company as I think there’s a problem with the cylinder that raises my adjustable bed. Sometimes it makes a loud chattering noise. Otherwise I like the bed

We walked in not sure if we would buy a Hekix and ended up with the Sedona because of how well Keaton explained it all. The store was clean and everything was easy. Much better experience than going to the purple store or Bobs or tempurpedic. Thank you Brooklyn bedding and Keaton
