It's like a totally new bass. The stock strings that came with imy bass were awful and it wasn't set up at all. I took my Ibanez GSR200B to Browns guitar Mill and the difference is unreal. I plugged it in as soon as I got home and my wife looked at me and said "woah. Even I can tell that it sounds 100x better"

I will go to Browns guitar mill for everything I need!

I’ve taken several “sleeper” guitars to John after discovering his shop. He turned each one into a masterful work of art. Recently, one of the guitars had an electronic issue with the Fishman junk installed at the factory. His suggestion was way over my head but I had complete faith in him and turned the guitar over to him. It took a little more time to correct than I had anticipated, but I decided to be patient. I’m sure happy I did! I couldn’t believe the remarkable improvement! I came to the conclusion that John truly is an artist and that he insist on absolute perfection. WOW!! This guitar is unbelievable through the amp!! What a difference!! Thank you, John! All guitarist and violinist in our area should feel very fortunate that John Brown somehow found Newnan, stayed, and set up a repair shop. Fantastic job again John!!!

Brown’s Guitar Mill is the best around!

I’ve brought guitars to them for work as well as bought from them. Ethan at the front is super knowledgeable and helpful and the luthiers in the back know what they’re doing. Both guitars I’ve brought to them came back feeling and playing like a whole new guitar well above their tier. If you need any work done, wether it’s just a set up or a complete overhaul, this is the place to go!

They also have a great selection of guitars, amps, pedals and gear. Bonus that they double as a record store and skate shop.

Only negative thing I can say is that their hours are posted incorrectly online.
