The building is bright and clean. The staffs are kind and helpful.
There were smells from people in the library as if they haven't bathed for a long time, but I am not sure how much the staffs at the library can do about it.

I have called the City of Burien (and stopped in) a handful of times in the last few months and every time the staff is extremely kind and helpful and if the answer can't be given from the 1st person to help I am always brought to another who finds me the answers. I appreciate the great staff you guys have an I hope they are recognized for being so awesome!

When I walked in the first floor where the library is, I was hit with the smell of human waste saw three people laying on the ground. One with feces running out of his pants.

That is not acceptable for any city hall in this country.
