Kristina and Tina are so kind. I have stored my trailer here for almost 2 years. I upgraded to a larger unit and Kristina had it ready to move into well before I arrived! I really like coming into the office, Kristina always greets me by name. ? It is such a pleasure coming in and hope to be here for a while. Thank you. 10 stars

The manager, Kristina, went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. She is professional, friendly, and clearly cares about all of her customers. I felt completely reassured seeing that there are cameras throughout the property, which adds an extra layer of security. If you’re looking for a well managed, clean, safe and very accessible self storage space, this is the place! No stairs and no elevators, all units are ground floor! This facility recently expanded its gate hours, making it even more convenient. Kristina and Tina are the super awesome women who manage this facility, and you can always count on them to be genuinely helpful, accommodating and warmly welcoming. They truly care about the experience that their customers have while at Buxbear. I’m giving this place a ten star review!!?

Every transaction I’ve had with the manger Kristina has been the best! She’s always friendly and professional. It’s noticeably clear that she makes customer satisfaction a top priority. The recent change in ownership hasn’t been great in terms of price hikes. If it weren’t for the staff, particularly Kristina, I would have moved to another facility. It’s the amazing customer service that caused me to stay. ?

Absolutely love this storage facility. The units are clean and secure. I always store a ton- I’ve had no issues with spiders or rodents. It’s a super place to store important items. Cameras everywhere- which gives me confidence. I typically rent multiple units.
The staff is Phenomenal. I truly mean it. Everyone that I’ve met has been so professional and helpful. Christina, I believe the manager, is truly the best. I Highly recommend this facility.

Absolutely Love my storage unit at Bux Bear Storage in Aptos.!! Kristina and Tina are the nicest ladies and have helped me feel so comfortable and happy with my experience here. I have had a storage unit at this Aptos location for almost 18 years now and could not be happier with every aspect of my time here.
