This place is ridiculous! I’ve never seen a state department close at 4:30 pm most I know close at 5 pm! And 7:30-11:30 am on Fridays? That’s inexcusable.. Every time we come to pay our bill, they have always been closed earlier than 4:30. Sometimes 4, other times 4:15 to 4:20. People have jobs that are 30 minutes to an hour away!! The websites are always down!! Not everyone has checks!! No bills coming in the mail! Rude staff!! This behavior needs to be taken care of immediately!!

I have had service here for 7 months and have only received 2 bills notifying me of payment amount and due date. When I call they say it's my fault or my mail carriers and yet I've seen posts from employees stating that there have been many many many returned invoices. Yet I'm stuck paying fees That are not my fault or responsibility. To top it off when ever you try to call and talk they have their phone lines off or set to busy signal for WEEKS.

UPDATE' I have changed to 5 stars now. That must have been a bad few months but it is 2022 now and they have been absolutely wonderful since that first year.

Over the years (12) have had to deal with rude customers service. She since has been replaced. The only employee who rates a 5 star rating is SUE... Have any questions about your bill or service.. ask for SUE and she will handle your problem to the best of her capabilities.

Well hmmm water has been off now for 5+ hours. It's a pattern! Whenever they cut the water off to "repair" or "work" on something they take the phone off the hook. Well it's Sunday... people have dinners to cook, elderly parents to take care of, work to get ready for and we need water for baths, cooking and various things! 5 hours is way too excessive especially on a Sunday! No notice whatsoever! No message set up on a recording... just the phone off the hook! We need to start calling our county officials, congressman or governor! RIDICULOUS!! Happens ALOT!

Can’t access Calhoun county water authority to pay them. Dodo wants to charge me 4.00 to pay a 19.16 water bill. I will not pay them. Can you please fix the website so I can pay my bill directly to y’all like it used to be.

Friendly staff work here. There not open on weekend so plan ahead when getting water hooked up.
