Jordan and his team at Carillo Customs were highly professional, and made the whole process of getting my brakes all the way around & rotors changed out and even included an oil change for the best price around!

Their work speaks volumes, they will put their all into your vehicle needs and leave no stone unturned when it comes to questions.

I dropped my car off at 8am, they had it back to me by 11:30am. Needless to say I will be referring all of my family and friends to Jordan & his team!

Next we will be checking out the detail side of his business with Jose his business partner!! They truly are a 1 stop shop.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I needed a brake job and another issue handled, and reached out to them on a whim. Not only was i greeted promptly and kindly, but with a fair quote also. The issues were fixed fast and I was able to get my vehicle back quickly and it runs perfect now! I have been to several shops and always felt ripped off and the issues were not fixed properly. They recently worked on my vehicle, handling a main seal repair, water pump replacement, new tires, brakes & rotors, and an oil change, and they did an outstanding job. On top of that, they also took care of my husband’s truck, fixing the suspension, and it rides better than ever!

I really appreciate a good business. My husbae needed to get my brakes done. He found this shop after looking at recommendations. He told me that this facility was honest and professional. Didn't try to sell additional services, just let him know what was recommended for the brake service. Not overpriced. Good quality service. We will definitely be back for any of our mechanical needs. Hidden Mechanical Gem! Was immediately greeted by the owner Jordan who was able to attend to me quickly with the help of his staff member Angelica. You are made to feel at ease that your vehicle will be in good hands immediately. My needed repair was a quick and efficient job done well. I would like to add that the staff is bilingual (English/Spanish). There is a very comfortable waiting area with a TV and complimentary snacks and drinks. Price's are reasonable 👌. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to this location again for any future needs when I am in the Newnan area. Thank you again everyone at Carillos for Grade A+ service!

These guys are wonderful. Not only did they replace parts on my car but they did it last minute for me! They were honest with me with ALL my concerns and questions. I got a second opinion just to make sure and as I originally experienced these guys were honest with me. They were affordable and they worked with me and my budget and my last minute availability. The customer service was great from the lady at the front desk to the team that worked on my car and my car is running good now. The best thing is that If I have any concerns I feel comfortable calling them and if they can't help me I am quite sure they can refer me to someone who can.
