Unfortunately used them for almost 25 years. Even knew the orginal owner who passed. Not sure when it happened but possibly 4 to 5 months back the charges started to appear different on the card. They appear to have beem sold which made perfect sense as the customer service just tanked. So after 25 years we are done trying to chase pans down, reorder pans we ready ordered, ordering pans that are not matching our specs. Its dissapointing not just because the longevity of our relationship but also a company going from on point 5 star service to wont respond to emails or pick up the phone for a week. Order your metal elsewhere Century Metals isnt Century metals anymore.
