Only one service in Chattanooga who could help me at the same time I came. Not tomorrow, not next week - NOW. It is very important for truck drivers. I had an issue with my trailer - they solve my issue in 2 hours, and I am back on the road. Thank you.
Highly recommend.

I hate to post this review, as I was excited about the recommendations I received for this company and support women and minority-run as often as I can, but unfortunately my experience was very poor throughout. It seems my project timeline coincided with multiple folks leaving the company, which is always unfortunate, but communication was completely subpar and having a simple handrail repair took nearly six weeks. The timeline is much less of an issue (my damaged handrail is far from an emergency) than the rest of the experience. I had to follow up, myself, every step of the way, with nothing being completed remotely as communicated (timeline for initial visit, estimate sent to me, work agreed upon, work being done - none of it). It took nine days to get the estimate that was promised to me same-day. After a two+ week period of absolutely no communication following that, I reached out (10/31) only to be told my name couldn't be found (?) on the list of estimates. At that point, I requested a refund for the deposit I'd paid and indicated I’d prefer to work with a different company. I will give them credit for getting it together at that point and they did come out within the next two business days to complete the job. And, the job was well done. However, upon completion, the welder indicated that I had an "outstanding balance" which needed to be paid. I'd paid the only bill I'd received to that point immediately upon receipt (10/11). The remainder of the balance was sent to me the same day of the job, not previously. I was then told that the company can't currently accept cards (which I'd utilized to pay my initial deposit), only cash or check, and that the remainder was due upon completion, aka that very moment. Totally fair, but how was I to know or expect that (a) their credit card processing was nonfunctional at the moment, and (b) that I should be prepared to have cash or a check ready to go with zero heads up, including the actual final total I owed? The welder stood awkwardly on my front porch while I told him that, respectfully, I wasn’t going to interrupt my work day to go get him cash when I wasn’t told I needed to do so with any heads up. I then received another call from someone else, who had the audacity to ask me about my work schedule and when I could get a cash or check payment to them - to which I responded, respectfully, that it felt a bit ridiculous to have my payment be construed as an emergency after I'd waited six weeks and had such a poor experience overall. Apparently a difficulty with credit card processing that would likely be resolved in the following days, if not sooner, was such an issue that I needed to be contacted so I could send payment immediately via Venmo or PayPal. Very tone deaf. Rather than sending me the PayPal information, as I agreed to, I then randomly got another invoice later that day. I guess the credit card processing started working again, imagine that. They then called me multiple times, followed up by texts, for the next two days, during work hours. Apparently the $270 remainder of my balance was such an emergency for this business that they needed to follow up four extra times. Just absolutely ridiculous and poor communication on all fronts throughout the entirety of my dealing with them. Every phone call during the last week was the same, "things have been crazy around here!" and "sorry, I meant to send the invoice to you ahead of time but I didn't get to it." Nice people, and I do hope they get things straightened out with some new employees hired to assist, but their excuses were repetitive any I certainly can’t recommend them in good conscience.

Had a very unique project I needed to get completed and they knocked it out of the park! They cut up my 1961 international scout and welded the body panels together as well as built a framework so I could hang it on display. Very pleased with results and speed in which it was completed!

So the transmission in my VW had a huge hole in it, could not find a replacement case whatsoever thag was an exact match. Called these guys up and they told me once I gutted it out and brought it to them they'd weld it. I got it back this week for a real good price and now I don't have to pay thousands for a new transmission. If you're ever, EVER in bad spot similar to mine, please don't hesitate to call these guys up, they are lifesavers and know exactly what they're doing!!! I'll be back on the road next week!!!!!

This is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with! Mr. Chambers and Adam (all staff) go above and beyond the call. My husband and I had an issue with a sensor being covered by a steel bumper that they had jus installed for us with some ingenuity fabrication and the integrity of ethics is absolutely amazing, continued to fix it. We thank you so much and we will be back for future work, that I can promise!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall, very happy with my experience. The price was fair with today’s market and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of as a female customer.. The staff were all always very nice and seemed like they enjoy their jobs. That’s a nice breath of fresh air!
I believe Craig was the metal bender that welded my sliding track for my generator on the tongue of my trailer. He did a great job and I am very happy with how sturdy the track appears to be. I’ve used it a few times and have not had any issues and my generator weighs just over 300 pounds.

The only thing I would suggest, is in the future to ask, and possibly explain the benefits and the options, for having a piece powder coated. I’m not sure if we went over that but when I got my trailer, and newly welded track back, I had to bring it to a different location to have it coated. It would’ve been much easier to have it all done at one time. But again, like I said, that may have been mentioned and something I forgot. Not sure! It definitely is something worth mentioning a few times to the customer though and highly recommending to them.
I’ll be back when I need more work done in the future.

You may not believe this because most companies today don't seem to give two flips about the customer but, in my dealings with Chamber's, they have met some ridiculous deadlines, made extra effort to help out where needed, have lots of material on hand, are very reasonably priced, have always been honest and operated with integrity, are genuinely concerned with taking care of us and what we are working on and just really nice, talented people. Adam, has been especially helpful and accommodating.

I came to chambers because I had a bent tongue on my dump trailor. Chambers treated me like family and ensured me they would take care of everything. My trailor is what helps me support my family so it was imperative that it was repaired in a timely manner. Chambers had Mr back on the road in just a few days by making all the repairs I needed and made reinforcements to make the tongue stronger. With all that said I must say I highly recommend Chambers for all your welding needs. They will treat you with care, kindness and reasonable prices which is only outshined by their expert craftsmanship. Thank you Chambers welding!!!
