I’ve ordered from Chasebays for a number of years. There has been some small issues here and there but this past order had the ball dropped. I ordered a clutch line at 2pm on Monday, selected UPS Next Day Air shipping as I am under a time crunch. Email Tuesday asking if it’s gone out yet, was explained to that it takes one day to process order and that it would go out Tuesday. Email Wednesday AM asking for an update and they blamed that the courier didn't come on Tuesday to pickup, that they will ship today. I ask them to upgrade shipping to Next Day Air Early AM as I am now desperate. They agree to that and offer a refund for the shipping costs. I respond that it was not necessary, just need it tomorrow(thursday). Just checked the provided tracking and they shipped the package with 2 day shipping for Friday delivery.

Whoever is in charge of email/shipping can’t get it together when its evident that anything that needs shipped with Next Day Air has some sense of urgency.

i got some new parts and installed them on my car then went on a test driver and then the parts failed i will not get anything from them again i told them and all they said was they would give me 15% off my next order i got the same offer in a email from them wow thanks for wasting my $300.00

Edit:reached out and they sent new handle same day. Will install and hopefully this fixes the issue permanently

Purchased pull up handbrake for my e46 m3 and it’s been the most unreliable part installed on the car. (Mind you the car only has been to the track 8-10times so the handbrake has been barely used) Issues with their reservoir constantly leaking and to top it all of the handle broke off mid drift. Used to run a ASD for 7 years and never had a single issue.
