Stopped by to pay water bill at 8:30 and nobody would come to the window. Went back at 9:15 and still couldn't get anyone to come to the window. I work nightshift so I dropped my bill and money in the dropbox in an envelope. Now my water is turned off a few days later. Worst service ever considering the month before they overcharged me when I paid the bill and asked if I just wanted a credit on my next one...
