We found ourselves in a pickle over the weekend and needed help fast! We are hosting a retreat in town and, as part of it, had a cooking competition planned for Wednesday. Only to find out our custom aprons arrived on Sunday blank. We had to act fast! I found Deborah on Yelp, and within the hour, I had a response and a solution from her. She was calm and flexible, and we were able to drop off the blank aprons that evening; she decorated them and hand-delivered them to our hotel bright and early Wednesday morning. She is a lifesaver, and I would gladly recommend CIC and use them again!

They were great. I had an idea where I wanted the monograms to go but after looking at the products that I brought in, she was kind enough to explain why the monograms have to be placed elsewhere. It was helpful because we haven't monogrammed anything in the past 6 years so I really do not know. The prices where still amazing. The place was clean and had so much adorable things and fan items for your school that I had to forced myself to walk out or else I would've bought a whole section of the store 🤣🤣🤦🏽‍♀️. Turn around time is great 👍🏼.

I went to this store in hopes of building a long term relationship with this company for son clothing line being I live within a mile of this place it would’ve been awesome . But my experience here was far from that. When I first entered the door the lady behind the counter had a rude look on her face. I did not feel welcomed at all. She asked was I picking up I replied no ma’am I would like to talk to someone about the services they offer. At this time she is looking on the ground and all around me and that’s when a customer starts laughing and say “she looking for one of those stink bug things” (she is talking about the receptionist). So I walked further into the store so she could find the bug since it was more important than serving the customers. She then looked up at me and say I’m not the owner I’ll have get her. I said ok and proceeded to wait. She continued to stand where she was behind the counter. 30 seconds go by and she looks at me and say “as a matter of fact now is not a good time she is busy”. I wanted to express how rude she was being but chose not to and left the store. I can’t help but feel like I was treated this way because I’m an African American woman. She had the most disgusting look on her face I just can’t get it out of my mind. I may be wrong but that is the feeling I got from this visit! The experience was rude and very disappointing. I will never step foot in this establishment again. And no one else should either. They need to learn better customer service skills and if the receptionist can’t help a customer then she needs to be fired

Stopped in to CIC Dacula on 11/10/22 because I have an upcoming event and need some sweatshirts done. As always I was greeted professionally and welcoming. Although the store was extremely busy Deb the owner made time to chat with me briefly about my order. I got the information I needed and look forward to doing another project with her.
CIC has never disappointed! ❤️
