Brad Buck had shear up and running in about an hr or less after we anchored machine down. Had to calibrate it. It didn’t take long at all. He was patient with me as I learned how to program computer for our parts that we cut. Good guy. Hopefully the only reason he will have to come back is to have to install another machine. These pics were taken before it was hooked up.

Great company with great help provided by Justin Lemons! I had a small issue with my Rapido 30 that I seriously could not solve on my own with the manual. I opened a ticket over the phone which was incredibly easy and after less than 2 hours I was contacted by Justin Lemons. Justin was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind throughout our very long phone call. He was digging through decades old manuals to help me try every possible solution which he later found! My 10 year old shear with easily over 1 million cuts is back up and running like nothing ever happened! Thanks again Justin!

Bobby Love was the technician who came out to re-train and adjust our new FX32 folder. We had a bit of a rough start with the first technician who installed the machine, but were pleased that Cidan quickly reacted to our concerns. They sent Bobby Love, who was able to quickly diagnose and correct all known issues. In addition, he made sure we had a more complete understanding of the machine and software.
