Great studio space for all things film. I am a Jib operator @ this location and I love the space. Great teammates as well.

Too far of a drive. Stages are new but lacking in many ways. Also, these stages are right beside an airport- the constant air traffic and curious pilots can be annoying. There are many hidden costs, such as parking and "stage manager" fees (basically glorified janitors that they charge you $80/hr for). In addition, there is a an extra 15% charge for any equipment that is not rented from Herc or Cinelease. Another major inconvenience is that there aren't enough toilets and they are always clogging - we had to rent portable restrooms on several occassions. I have worked in the production office on several projects here, and the staff that runs this place knows nothing about film production. There are many better options that are closer to Atlanta.

Great, brand new, studio... 2 big stages, 2 split stages (all with two floors of flex space), 3 mills, 12 bungalows, on-site equipment rentals, and plenty of parking. IATSE approved. 👍

Great little studio... 2 huge and 2 regular sized stages, 3 mills, Herc Rental nextdoor... could use a bit more, but it does for now.
