Very rude and unprofessional…. For a professional occupation. Right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing…. When i walked in…. You would have thought you were walking into a house party. And dare you to walk to the window and interrupt them. The looks were almost …..almost intimidating. It really felt like one of the scenes from the Tyler Perry movie. Smh… I need the people at 2727 E point street to conduct themselves a little bit…. More professional.

Police car number 22-23 driving on south Cobb drive weaving in and out of traffic without using a signal, also speeding putting lives at risk. I guess they’re above the law!

“We don’t process traffic tickets anymore, you have to call the court house for East Point”

Customer:
“Okay… how can I.. (gets cut off abruptly)”

Agent:
“You can look that number up online. Have a good day”. (Hangs up)

I've lived here since April of 2017. I have personally talked with the East Point Mayor during one Winter Storm requesting her direct assistance in getting my neighborhood region in the City's quadrant energy/power turned on immediately. I have met with the Assistant to the City Manager recently to ask for their help with my Pinehurst Drive Neighborhood in it's basic infrastructure (e.g., sidewalks, no street drainage, poor lighting, poor daily traffic from/with City of East Point Police Department). I personally met the At-Large City Council Member pre thanksgiving where I and my neighbor went for a free Thanksgiving turkey. She has since personally responded with the Police Chief, E.P. Police Detective Donna Bridges as Liason in our work to have a Neighborhood Watch in the Pinehurst Neighborhood (Drive). I've also had cursory remarks with the City of East Point's facilities Director about how the street's lack of any/all storm drainage equates to my property's saturation from water resulting in damaging the very foundation my property rests on. I like East Point's diversity and everybody's very nice. They're good peeps who all mean well. You get to having blind ears to frequent gun shots and the highway 3 blocks away, the Georgia Power Tower low frequency vibration and humming and the smell of the car/bus/truck exhaust wafting right onto my front patio. The neighbors are both hot and cold about Queerness and white people here but they're the person I go to when I need help. ****

This is the worst im 44 never have I ever had a 400 water bill. Im rarely home and its crazy. I will follow up and do emails. To the mayor if I have to it's a rip off for sure 30 days and 522.89. Do not move to East Point the absolute worst. Im move very soon.

God is amazing it's quiet in some areas and Rowdy in others but for the most part it's peaceful.
