We had a great experience working with City Plumbing and Electric in Blairsville. Special appreciation for our salesperson, Denise! Denise helped us pick out everything we needed for building our new home. We made several trips and hours to pick out lighting, plumbing, appliances, etc. Denise was knowledgeable and patient, offering advice when needed.
All of our products came in on time and look great! We were very happy with them and highly recommend them to others!

So excited to receive the Wolf Dual Fuel LP gas range for our mountain house. The delivery was prompt within three weeks( fantastic!) and although there was some glitches with the delivery and install two days before Thanksgiving, the issues were handled forthright and expeditiously by Chris in time for the big feast. The product is unbelievably marvelous, and thrilled with the product. Denise, highly professional handled the initial order and the customization. The Blairsville team were outstanding in meeting the logistics one runs into in the mountains. Very appreciative and highly recommend the products and service.

Quiet, well lit , and clean - this location is a fitting post for the knowledgeable and experienced staff that City Plumbing has managed to assemble. They make each call or visit a breeze and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they can usually get it for you quickly. Good job guys.

My sales person was Michelle. From the 1st day we met her in April until today, July 6, I cannot say anything but great things about her. She was knowledgeable in every area of our remodel that we discussed. Returned emails as I had questions along the way or a phone call. Great customer service. Hard to find that anymore. I worked with Denise in the showroom to replace lighting and plumbing during a renovation. The showroom had a good selection on site, as well as the option to order. Denise was extremely helpful with suggestions on options, as well as advice on sizes, heights and other details. I’m not full time in the area, so Denise frequently helped me by phone and email. She also worked very well with my contractor and electrician, keeping them informed of items that came in and arranging delivery when needed. My experience with Denise and City Plumbing was very positive—a huge help during our project.

Very impressive. Excellent customer service. Staff was very knowledgeable in all products. Large assortment of merchandise to complete a home remodel or new build. Not just for plumbing supplies either. Large assortment of lighting, fans, ALL kitchen appliances, even washers & dryers.. as well as kitchen and bathroom sinks, tubs and vanities. My only complaint, and it's a biggie, is that we were told our order would be in on a certain date and when it wasn't, we seemed to get the run around on when it would be in. This was VERY FRUSTRATING since we were in the middle of a major renovation and the master bathroom was held up a few weeks waiting on a shower valve or something like that! I guess I'm a stickler but when remodeling a home and working on a deadline, I expect my supplies to be here when I'm told they will be here.. and if they're NOT, I expect a phone call with a plausible explanation. In this case we felt we got the run around for a few weeks. In the end though the bathroom is now finished and beautiful!
