Clairon metals is a fantastic place of business . This past June a few educators such as myself had the opportunity to attend an externship for a week at the company through Connect Newton. The goal of the externship was to see how as educators we could incorporate our experience at Clairon in our school setting once we return to school.

We had the pleasure of reporting to Clairon for three days and shadowing the employees and what we learned was amazing. We met some amazing individuals and even sat down to have lunch with Ted the president ( this was my favorite)

Clairon has a very diverse employee demographic, family oriented, staff focused, and supportive administration. What I loved the most is how we entered the production floor, the employees were happy to see admin walk through and the relationships were very organic.

If you’re looking to enter into the metal stamping business, then Clairon is a great choice to grow, thrive, and pursue limitless opportunities.

I appreciated our time with Ted, Chuck, Kari, Gwen, Tim P., Tim S., Tony, Ericka, and the employees of Clairon who made our externship with Newton County Schools memorable and remarkable contributions to our community as educators.

If you're driving a flatbed avoid delivering here. Their loading area is a junk filled small concrete pad where they had me blind side 90 degree back a 53 foot spread axle trailer. Then the African American gentleman with dreads tried telling us we couldn't fold our tarps up until the straps were taken off the load, I guess because he was in some sort of hurry. Well since my tarps were laying on the ground next to the tractor another forklift ran them over so now I have a hole in my tarp and there is black motor oil that had rubbed off the bottom of the forklift all over my tarp.

I've been with Clairon almost three years now. It is an awesome place to work, and I have enjoyed my time here so far. It's definitely one of the best places I've ever worked when it comes to providing employee recognition and engagement activities! As with any place, success usually comes to those who work hard and do their job to the best of their abilities, but Clairon is exceptional in providing encouragement, positive feedback, and acknowledgement of a job well done. All in all, Clairon is a great place to work!

Great place to work! I've been with Clairon for over a year now. I started in resistance welding and quickly moved to MIG welding. I am now a driver in shipping/receiving. The managers have always treated me very well. They acknowledge a job well done and they gladly encourage and recommend hard workers for advancement. The business overall is very interesting and each department is an important cog in providing a quality product.
