The nicest pickup I've had in awhile. These guys represent my hometown well. Had trouble printing bills *10 mins* they gave me so oda ban product....they even strapped my load for me....I hope I load here often.. good people !!!!!

There's a sign for shipping and recieving off of Fox Evans once you get close..If delivering drive down to recieving doors. Yard man came out gave me a door right away. They have a restroom inside as well. Very nice Very professional.

If I didn’t have to give this place 1 star I wouldn’t have. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to in 10 years. I got here this morning there’s not a forklift or person moving in sight. I waited 2 hrs and the receiving side is still pitch black dark so I’m guessing the receiving side is either lazy or they don’t care. I had to walk to the shipping side just to talk to somebody and they even said there’s nobody here to unload from the receiving side. Somebody here needs to be fired this place is out of order. 🤬🤬

Went to check in and nice lady was trying to help me and the main lady, Pam, walked right by us without asking if help was needed. Was told I had to wait for her to come back. Used their restroom and when came out, Pam was putting some labels on boxes and said good morning and asked her about checking in as that was what I was told to do. She was extremely rude and said I needed to go back to the door and wait until she was done. Got to the door and was waiting patiently and another gentleman asked if he could help me and told him I was told to wait by Pam. At least he definitely tried to help. Another young lady by the name of Vanessa came up on a fort lift and was very kind and said she would help me and go get the paperwork. She did so right away, had me sign and she was going to load my trailer and I was good to go as soon as I got the green light. She had me loaded in no time and I was off. The five stars are for everyone there except Pam as she definitely didn’t even deserve one as her attitude definitely needs work done to it. Sorry for her coworkers who have to deal with her.
