Facility is 24hrs and I had a Saturday 0800 delivery appt and they took me on Friday night at 11pm! This helped me a lot!
Guard shack lady simply instructed me to where shipping/receiving office was bc she doesn’t handle inbound loads, they do. Young asian guy put me right in a door (you have to drip the trailer) and when asked, he told me it would take about 2-3 hours to unload, it took about 1 hour and 50 minutes.. I left here happy I didn’t have to wake up and deliver..
**********Now when I went back in to pick up my paperwork I asked the young black woman who was now there, if they always accepted live unloads early and she said it’s not guarantee, they do it based on their volume.

Rude staff. No signs for truck entrance and refused to let me turn around in lot. HAD TO CALL THE POLICE WHO MADE THEM OPEN THE GATE. Gonna find another bleach to use at home. When I delivered the lady at the desk ignored me while playing with her phone for a few minutes.

I arrived at Noon for a 2pm pickup, live load. I checked in and the was assigned a door and was told they were going to lunch, I said no problem I wasn't scheduled until 2pm. I was loaded and checked out by 2:30pm. The bald guy that everyone complained about on here was super nice to me. They have a bathroom inside, you drop and wait in bobtail section and they call you when you are loaded.

Showed up an hour early (early morning) expecting issues with *lady* at guard shack. Instead met by a man who clearly stated go to drive around the circle to the back area and go inside the office near door 10.
Office staff appear to be on top of the program.
Facility is largely a drop and hook by big carriers, live load is not something they do often so waiting around 2-3 hours is expected.

Drivers avoid this shipper like the plague. Mixed Information at guard shack. Don’t come any earlier than 10 minutes before appointment. Bald dude in the shipping office needs a chin check. I will never pick up a load from ANYWHERE in or around the Atlanta area. This facility doesn’t even deserve one star. One and DONE!

Loaded 2/17/24 8am appointment checked in at 7am was given door right away, quick loading and out by 830am. Very polite and friendly people, thanks
