Have owned a couple of their trailers and haven't had to even call them on the phone. They have a great parts finder on their website which has eliminated the need to call. Parts are actually competitively priced, which is rare for any type of manufacturer where they seem to try to bend customers over on replacement parts. Shipping is also quick and reasonable. Even better that they're an American company.

I ordered the canoe/kayak kit for a trailer that I have. The kit arrived and ups had destroyed the box. There are parts missing from the box. I have now been contacted by Com-Fab trailer and had great customer service from Angel. All missing parts are on the way. Had an axle issue on my com-fab which was a few months out of warranty (mainly due to bumpy roads & potholes in rural AL) While getting towed onto the rollback truck the stress caused a small bend in the frame. Com-fab still honored their warranty and sent a new trailer, great customer service! Buy from these guys

Poor customer service that doesn't get back to you for weeks at a time. I don't expect an instant reply to questions, but please at least get back to me within 48 hrs.
I ended up buying a trailer from a different manufacturer.
